Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cort.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions.

Returns

We accept returns from all European Union countries within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must include all original tags and be returned in their original packaging.

  • A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase and your order number must be included in the return package.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not offer free returns unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was delivered.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@cortpadel.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Optional: Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.

⚠️ Important:
Returns that are not requested and approved via email will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design:

  • Please follow the standard return process first.

  • Once we receive and approve your return, we will ship the replacement item free of charge.

  • You will only need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@cortpadel.com right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.

In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items that show signs of use or wear

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified if your return is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

  • If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@cortpadel.com.

European Union Customers

In accordance with EU regulations, customers have the right to cancel and return orders within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason and without justification.
However, products must still meet our standard return conditions (unused, in original packaging with all tags).
